The 2026 press page carried a July 7, 2026 dateline and was updated during the campaign. This reference preserves its announcement, program, application milestones and organization descriptions in historical language. It is not a reconstruction of the original July 7 version. Forecasts and promotional claims below are not final event results; old registration offers are not active.
Registration announcement, July 7, 2026
AI Builders Network announced registration for AI Builders Global Conference 2026, a three-day virtual conference on October 14-16, bringing together AI builders, tech leaders, startup founders and investors to share what works in production. The headline expected 12,000+ builders and described the event as the largest virtual AI conference built by practitioners, for practitioners. That was the announcement's positioning and forecast, not independently verified attendance or ranking.
Published program scope
The press page promoted 200+ sessions across eight tracks and 47 topics, 10+ hands-on workshops, four concurrent stages and participation from 130+ countries. These were advance program and audience claims. The archived schedule and public directories preserve the published session and participant records separately.
Day 1: Chief in AI Summit
Building AI That Works: From Lab to Production. The program covered AI strategy for enterprise leaders, real-world industry deployments across 11 verticals, and governance and responsible AI, including EU AI Act compliance, bias auditing and red-teaming.
Day 2: Startups & Investors Summit
From Zero to Funded: The AI Startup Playbook. The program addressed founders and their backers through product-market fit, fundraising from pre-seed to exit, go-to-market and scaling, and a live AI Startup Pitch Competition. The published format planned eight finalists and five investor judges.
Day 3: AI Engineering Day
Agents in Production. The program brought production RAG, multi-agent systems, LLMOps, fine-tuning, evaluation, edge AI and developer tooling into hands-on sessions for teams shipping AI systems.
The 2026 Pitch Competition
The updated press page recorded September 20, 2026 as the initial cohort application deadline, with 24 planned semifinalists competing for eight live finalist places. It also described evergreen startup intake for future city or virtual rounds and Chief in Tech Capital investment review. An application does not guarantee selection, funding or advancement in the AI Builders Cup. The competition's own records and confirmed rules govern those outcomes.
Historical registration offer
The announcement offered a free Explorer tier for keynotes and selected sessions alongside paid passes. Prices and sales phases changed during the campaign. Existing attendees should use their purchase confirmation and the 2026 pass reference; new registration belongs to the separate 2027 edition.
The 2026 call for proposals
The campaign's updated milestones listed the Second Call deadline as August 17, 2026, lineup publication as September 14, and the sponsor-speaking deadline as September 28. Speaker notifications were advertised for August 17. These are historical published milestones, not open 2026 submission invitations or proof of individual notification delivery.
