The case for change and where to start
About this session
AI technology is moving at exponential pace. Our human brains aren’t good a dealing with this. When recursive self-improvement (RSI) kicks in the pace will shift again. Most organisations are struggling to utilise this technology *and* deliver value. Sometimes they start small, do a pilot, then try and expand it. Sometimes starting with a business function, say procurement or finance. Sometimes, they go big – aiming to transform the entire company in one program of work. Change is hard, knowing where to start, what your company’s ambition is and understand the capacity for change are all important. I will outline some strategies, giving you fuel to plan your approach and answer questions on AI that you might have.
