Your AI Isn't the Problem. Your Org Is.

About this session

Every AI team is optimizing the model. Almost none are looking at the thing that actually decides whether the model ever makes it into the business: the org around it. After two decades inside Fortune 10 companies and twelve years since with 400+ leaders, I keep seeing the same pattern, in giant enterprises and one-person startups alike. AI doesn't stall on the tech. It stalls in the space between how a company is organized, how it sells, and how it shows up in the market, and that space is nobody's job. This talk is a builder's-eye view of that gap: where it hides, why smart teams miss it, and the first move to close it. I built my own AI stack as a solo operator. The lesson wasn't technical.
