From LLMs to Enterprise AI: Building AI Systems That Deliver Business Value

About this session

Most organisations have experimented with AI, but relatively few have successfully deployed enterprise AI systems that consistently deliver measurable business outcomes. The reason is that foundation models alone are not enough.

In this session, I will share how we have built production AI systems by combining foundation models with domain-specific knowledge, company context, and strong AI governance. Drawing on real-world experience from building enterprise AI products, I will walk through the architecture, engineering decisions, implementation challenges, governance considerations, and lessons learned from taking AI from prototype to production.
